The Blind Monk didn't flinch as Enchanted Galio's giant stone hands bound the wounds on his shins. He couldn't help but be a bit of a guardian angel. After all, he was made to protect. His wings fluttered happily as he tied the last wrap. He stood, and with no sense of irony, stuck one giant finger in the Blind Monk's face, "If I see you with one more bamboo stick, I'm gonna lock you up." 260 RP

Floating along, he spotted Chosen Master Yi practicing with a crackling energy blade. "He should save that strength for a real fight," he huffed. "You could hurt somebody doing that." The master of Wuju didn't skip a beat of his training regimen as he told the gargoyle that he knew exactly what he was doing. Suddenly, he was whacking his sword against the gargoyle's stone skin. The Idol of Durand burst and Galio's stone hand snatched the sword. "You could hurt somebody doing that." 260 RP

Champions

 The gargoyle was frustrated. It wasn't an easy job keeping razor-sharp fighters out of danger. He thought to himself, why can't everyone be more like Mordekaiser? He's covered head-to-toe in armor; you'd barely have to keep an eye on him. 395 RP

 From his perch, Galio spotted Urgot. The gargoyle watched the soft, sewn underbelly of the Headsman's Pride shake as the resurrected general practiced his aim. Yep, a big hunk of metal right over that blubber would save his skin. Galio'd hammer it on himself if he had to. 395 RP

On the other side of the hill was Jayce. Galio could appreciate this style of fighting. The Mercury Cannon holds Jayce's enemies at bay and a well-placed Acceleration Gate speeds his escape. Just as the gargoyle began to rest, he saw Jayce launch himself into the air and watched as the cannon transformed into a hammer. The gargoyle started towards Jayce, muttering to himself, "kids these days." 487 RP

Lissandra Skills

Iceborn (Passive)

Every 18 seconds Lissandra’s next ability costs no mana. Iceborn’s cooldown is reduced by 1 second whenever Lissandra impairs an enemy’s movement with an ability (does not apply to movement-impairing effects from items).

Ice Shard (Q)

Range: 725 || Cooldown: 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 || Cost: 85 mana

Throws a spear of ice that travels in a line and shatters when it hits an enemy, dealing  75 / 110 / 145 / 180 / 215 (+ 65% AP) magic damage and slowing its Movement Speed by 16% / 19% / 22% / 25% / 28% for 1.5 seconds. Shards then pass through the target, dealing the same damage to other enemies hit (but not slowing them).

Freezes an area around Lissandra, dealing  70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+ 60% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and rooting them for 1.1/ 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5 secs.

Range: 1050 || Cooldown: 24 / 21 / 18 / 15 / 12 || Cost: 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 mana

Casts a claw of ice that moves forward in a line, dealing 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 60% AP) magic damage to all enemies hit. Reactivating this ability transports Lissandra to the claw’s current location.

Glacial Path (E)

Frozen Tomb (R) 

Cooldown: 130 / 105 / 80 || Cost: 100 mana

On enemy: Freezes target champion solid, stunning it for 1.5 seconds.

On self: Lissandra encases herself in dark ice for 1.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and invulnerable but unable to take any actions.

Dark ice then emanates from Lissandra’s target dealing 150 / 300 / 450 (+ 70% AP) magic damage to enemies. The ice lasts for 3 seconds and slows enemy Movement Speed by 20%.

From the summit of Mount Targon, the petty squabbles of Valoran’s fiercest warriors are just that – petty squabbles. I am Iron Solari Leona and, at times, champions request my aid to adjudicate their disputes. Apparently many find my conflict resolution skills positively… stunning.

 Pool Party Ziggs strode into the Solari’s hallowed halls complaining of terribly noisy neighbors. I guess when I said that I’d help solve petty squabbles, I really meant it. 487 RP

AstroNautilus followed quickly behind, muttering about “opening airlocks on those fools.” When I pressed the question, he told me that a new nightclub opened down the street and the patrons spilling out onto the sidewalk were less than polite. 487 RP

With a loud commotion, Arcade Sona mashed her keyboard in disgust. Apparently she can’t practice with all the noise. 487 RP 

Having materialized from a purplish portal, Malzahar stated his case. His new establishment, Void Bar, attracts a violent and boisterous crowd, but he assured me that he’s followed local ordinances. 440 RP

With a sudden guttural exclamation and a flurry of spikes, Kha’Zix leapt into the room screaming, “THEY ARE THE NOISY ONES WEABLAAEEBLALEBLAHBLEHLABLH WE ARE NOT AT FAAAAAAULT!” It all became entirely too bizarre. 487 RP

As if the whole debacle couldn’t get more absurd, Kog’Maw excitedly hopped through the portal, spewed ooze all over my floors and coughed up Void phlegm on the tapestries. Then he left. Seriously? 440 RP

You know what? No more petty squabbles. Come back for the Solari’s aid when you have real troubles to worry about, not some noise violations. I’ll wait from April 19 to April 22 before hearing from more champions. 

Ugh. I hope they all get sunburnt.
